testimonials

It was a chance to step outside my comfort zone and gain experiential knowledge at an organization that strives for meaningful impact. My tasks included assisting with the 2025 Asia NGO International Forum and the NGO Fellowship Program, drafting invitation emails, designing posters, managing registrations, and supporting sponsorship applications. I was proud to see nearly 1,400 applicants for the fellowship in two months. I also redesigned Taiwan AID’s donation webpage, prepared Chinese correspondence, and handled administrative duties. The internship deepened my understanding of international development and taught me adaptability, teamwork, and proactivity. Beyond technical skills, this internship shaped my character and work ethic. I learned the value of adaptability, whether it was adjusting to last-minute changes in event planning or navigating cultural differences in communication.
