Position Summary

Calls Over Ridges (COR) is seeking a detail-driven and collaborative Finance& Operations Intern to support the accuracy, consistency, andcoordination of internal financial documentation across multiple country teams.This internship is ideal for a junior or senior-year undergraduate student fromNTU who is interested in learning how financial and operational controls aremaintained within an international NGO, especially in a bilingual andmulti-country environment.

The intern will play a key supportingrole in aligning documentation formats, ensuring bilingual clarity, andfacilitating smooth coordination between departments and country teams.

Key Responsibilities

●       Assist in reviewing and refining finance-related templates (e.g.,reimbursement forms, expense trackers, procurement records) to ensure accuracy,completeness, and bilingual clarity.

●       Support the coordination and collection of internal financialdocumentation across departments and local teams, ensuring timely and accuratesubmission.

●       Help maintain COR’s internal financial control folder system, ensuringproper versioning and consistency in formatting and naming conventions.

●       Cross-check translated documents to ensure alignment between Englishand Mandarin versions, especially in policies, forms, and manuals.

●       Coordinate with regional teams to clarify missing or uncleardocumentation and support alignment with COR’s financial procedures.

●       Assist with preparing internal process guides or checklists to supportteam compliance with finance-related workflows.

●       Participate in periodic documentation reviews to identifyinconsistencies or formatting issues that need resolution.

Qualifications

Required:

●       Currently enrolled as a junior or senior-year student at NationalTaiwan University (NTU), ideally majoring in Business, Accounting, PublicAdministration, or related fields.

●       Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing documentationformats and bilingual consistency.

●       Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive); able tomaintain organized and systematic file structures.

●       Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate across functionsand countries.

●       Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability toreview documents for accuracy in both languages.

Preferred:

●       Familiarity with Slack or shared folder platforms used in teamcollaboration.

●       Interest in financial documentation, internal operations, or NGO policycompliance.

●       Willingness to support a documentation-heavy role and contribute tooperational accuracy.
