【Hiring News】The Garden of Hope Foundation is looking for International Affairs Researcher!

About us

The Garden of Hope Foundation seeks a passionate and experienced International Affairs Researcher to assist in the establishment of the International Training Center for Gender-Based Violence Prevention. This role will involve conducting in-depth research on global gender violence trends, collaborating with international stakeholders, and designing impactful training programs. The researcher will play a key role in shaping the foundation’s strategies during the preparation phase of the Training Center.


Responsibilities

1. Establishing the International Training Center:

  • International Research and Analysis: Conduct interviews and collect data to evaluate existing frameworks, policies, and measures for gender-based violence prevention across different countries. Identify opportunities for intervention.
  • Collaboration with International Stakeholders: Build a network with global experts, NGOs, government agencies, researchers, and advocates to gather insights and ensure that the Training Center’s programs effectively address their needs.
  • Program Design and Implementation: Develop operational frameworks, intervention strategies, and evaluation metrics for the Training Center. Design and pilot training programs and produce assessment reports.
  • Research Publication and Dissemination: Prepare research reports and practice manuals for publication. Present findings on international professional platforms to promote the center’s research and foster global collaboration.

2. Support Other Departmental Activities:
Assist with other international activities and tasks as assigned by supervisors.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong interest in international affairs, women’s rights, or gender equity issues.
  • Proficient in English for research, analysis, and publication.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-national collaborations.
  • Relevant experience in fields such as social work, sociology, gender studies, public health, or international development.
  • Positive work attitude with the ability to work independently.
