GEN.T, a content community platform founded by Tatler Asia, aims to amplify the influence of outstanding young leaders across Asia. This year, 35 outstanding leaders from Taiwan stood out from the candidate list, and have been recognized as Leaders of Tomorrow. Two of them are serving as tutors in our iNGO Academy, actively contributing to creating a better future in the world within their professional fields.
Joyce Teng, the Executive Officer of Taiwan Equality Campaign, has been a driving force in Taiwan's LGBTQ+ rights movement, focusing on gender equality within the public sector. Since 2022, the platform's 'PrideWatch' initiative has highlighted a record-breaking 245 political candidates supporting diverse gender issues and policies, underscoring her impactful leadership in advancing LGBTQ+ rights in Taiwan.
Sebastian Lin, the Deputy Executive Director of Taiwan Equality Campaign, has dedicated himself to promoting gender equality education in Taiwan and fostering inclusive workplaces for diverse genders by collaborating closely with NGOs and corporations.
