Child Welfare League Foundation (CWLF) collaborates with children to create a better world by "empowering" them through various initiatives and services. In addition to continuously amending and advocating for legislative policies, CWLF has always responded to the changing times and needs.

【CWLF Innovation Center】

The Innovation Center initiates various services and models directly and indirectly related to children and families. The Alliance collaborates across domains with businesses and other non-profit organizations and simultaneously connects internationally, aiming to achieve the United Nations SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).

Brief Introduction of the Department

【Interdisciplinarity Division】

International Exchange and Alliance Collaboration: Expand international partnerships, establish connections with cross-domain international organizations, promote cross-border cooperation, and exchange service experiences.
Amplify the Impact of Parenting Family Support Services: Facilitate cross-domain common good through organizing/participating in domestic and international social innovation and sustainability-related activities.
Promote Parenting Stress Reduction Models: Advocate for corporate ESG practices, government implementation of family-friendly parenting policies, and integrate mindfulness stress reduction materials and the training of parenting empowerment instructors, fostering cross-sector development in academia, government, and industry.
Expanding Mindfulness and Mental Health Service Competencies: Introducing domestic and international mindfulness-based stress reduction programs and service resources to support family healing and positive interactions, and promoting mindfulness and mental health across various fields.

【Internship Project Topic】

Social Innovation and Global Action: Local Collaboration Models for Implementing Parent-Child SDGs and Mental Health.

【Internship Project Objectives】

Basic Understanding of SDGs: Learn the core concepts of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those related to parent-child relationships and mental health, such as Goal 3: GoodHealth and Well-being, Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
Social Innovation Skills: Explore how to use social innovation models to address local issues involving parent-child interactions and mental health, and understand how innovative methods can be implemented and promoted in a nonprofit setting.

Local Collaboration Skills: Learn how to collaborate with various local units, including communities, schools, and families, to develop a cooperative model that meets community needs and ensures effective implementation of plans.

Event/Award Planning and Execution: Develop skills in designing and executing activities, including planning, organizing, and managing parent-child related social innovation workshops, events, or related awards, while also evaluating their effectiveness.

Project Management and Analytical Skills: Become familiar with planning and tracking projects, understand how to analyze data to assess the impact of projects on mental health, and learn to report and present outcomes effectively.

Communication and Promotion Skills: Enhance communication skills on issues related to parent-child dynamics, including promoting mental health and parent-child education messages, and using various media platforms to share outcomes.

【Internship Job Description】

Gather and contact information from international organizations practicing sustainable development goals
Assist in organizing participation in relevant international events: exhibitions, seminars, workshops, etc.
