Although my internship at Taiwan AID lasted only fourteen weeks, I achieved multiple accomplishments and gained insights throughout the iNGO Academy. My first accomplishment was successfully managing social media initiatives for the organization. When I joined, there was no comprehensive strategy for online communication with domestic and international citizens. I created a "Social Communication Strategy," gained approval from my adviser, Linus, and collaborated with another intern to create content in both Mandarin and English. I also utilized my data handling and business skills, contributing to financial planning and reporting. iNGO Academy gave me a paramount opportunity to explore the nature of the NGO sector and think about what to do with my career in the future. As I mentioned above, I realized that I can do a lot of things already!
