Although complying with the minimum internship hours, enduring long commuting times, and managing a heavy load of school work at that time were not easy tasks for me, I strongly believe they were worthwhile. Throughout my internship at Step30, I not only gained insight into the working dynamics of an international non-governmental organization but also cultivated sophistication and practicality in both my professional and personal life, transforming into a more 'down-to-earth' individual. The workshops at the iNGO Academy were equally impactful.
