During my ten-month tenure at the Center for Asia Pacific Resilience and Innovation (CAPRI), I took on responsibilities encompassing event coordination, communication, and research, ultimately contributing to the success of CAPRI's Inaugural Annual Forum. This experience has provided me with a clear understanding of the dynamics of managing a startup think tank, and the importance of adaptability in an environment where things are constantly in flux. What I value most from this experience is the strong bonds made with my local and international colleagues - we bridged communication and cultural barriers, and created genuine friendships between us. My hope is for CAPRI to continue investing in substantive and actionable research, and embody its mission to enhance resilience in the Asia Pacific region.
