During my internship at World Vision Taiwan, I translated articles written by individuals who had received aid, offering me a firsthand glimpse into their gratitude and transformation. The most memorable experience was translating a heartfelt letter from Phelele, an aspiring teacher, for World Vision's 60th-anniversary exhibition. This task, and others like it, taught me to see the world from the perspective of those being helped, deepening my empathy. As a student, I am deeply committed to keeping the struggles of these children visible by staying informed about current issues and discussing them. This way, they won't disappear from our lives. I will also continue to uphold the spirit of iNGO to make this world a better place. And I really appreciated NTU for offering me this chance to understand and take a look at what iNGO are doing.
