The final evaluation is calculated using a weighted system totaling 100%, comprising three core assessment components, together with a separate attendance-related penalty policy.

Organization Evaluation
The primary component of the assessment is the host organization’s evaluation of the student’s on-site performance throughout the internship.nce.
Demo Day
Assessment of the student’s final presentation and project recap.
- Students are required to attend the ‘Demo Day’ on Tuesday, June 16, from 13:30 to 20:30.
- Students must prepare presentation slides for a ‘4-month Internship Recap’ focusing specifically on the project topics assigned by the iNGOs.
- Format and timing: Poster presentations will be grouped by organization. Presentation time limits will be strictly determined by group size.
Reflection
Students must submit two written reflection reports.
Midterm Reflection (due April 20)
Final Reflection (due June 10)
- Late submissions (within three days of the deadline) will result in a three-point deduction.
Attendance Policy
- Required Preparatory Online Course: Students must complete the designated online course before March 2.
- Required events: Attendance is mandatory for three training courses and the local study tour.
- Deduction mechanism: Three points will be deducted from the final grade for each recorded absence.
