The Mustard Seed Mission

The Mustard Seed Mission (MSM) is the first registered local social welfare organization in Taiwan, established in 1952 by US Missionary Lillian R. Dickson. We have been serving the Taiwanese citizens' needs for more than 70 years.

Following our Vision ”The mustard seed is the smallest of all seeds. When it grows, it becomes an enormous tree that birds fly to and perch on its branches. (Matthew 13:31-32),” we provide various community supportive services from vulnerable children sponsorship, food bank to elderly care out-of-home care services, indigenous service, and overseas services. By establishing family service networks and restoring family functions, we believe love and righteousness can be passed down from generation to generation.

Our latest overseas services include children sponsorship, community sponsorship, and humanitarian aid creating opportunities to complete mandatory education, break free from poverty, and raise the family’s standard of living. We work with local organizations and establish long-term cooperative partnerships.
