Personal Bio

After a 25+ year career in cosmetics, and consumer electronics, Jessie founded her consulting company, serving clients ranging from FMCG, mid-sized and large enterprises focused on sustainability, to startups, NGOs, and social enterprises.

Colleagues describe her as a visionary and down-to-earth leader, with an innovative mind and a passion for empowering people with marketing skills.  Her notable achievements include leading a business turnaround at Johnson & Johnson and building the e-commerce business for L’Oréal APAC.

Thought our her career, Jessie experienced the role of team leader for various size of team in different industries, where she summarized the essence of Marketing and Marketing strategy into a condensed Insight workshop. In this signature workshop which had benefited more than 100 organizations, Jessie received positive feedback from elevating individual’s strategic thinking to business revenue and customer number increase.
