I have really enjoyed doing research for Taiwan AID because it has allowed me to practice research methods and strategies that I have learnt about in my degree in the real world. I will be proud to see the final report, which I will be unable to complete before the end of my internship, but which Andy and Thomas can finish. Reflecting on my internship, I am so grateful NTU offered this experience to me, and Taiwan AID were willing to take me on as an intern despite being an exchange student and my lack of Mandarin language skills. I have made some amazing friends, attended some events, and felt even more connected to Taiwan.
