In Capri, the challenges were real too. The work was often open-ended, and I quickly learned that taking initiative without waiting for a perfect brief was part of the job. There were moments of uncertainty — not always knowing if I was prioritizing the right things or approaching a task the best way — but those moments pushed me to observe more carefully, ask better questions, and develop a stronger sense of judgment over time. When I noticed gaps that weren't being addressed, I also took on two self-initiated projects.
