My internship was such a learning curve! It was full of new experiences and challenges, but my colleagues were amazing and really supportive. Stepping up to ask for help when needed made a huge difference in how I handled my tasks. Even though it wasn't exactly what I expected at the start, it ended up being a chance for me to be more independent and solve problems on my own. It wasn't just a job; it felt more like a community with the NGO, my friends and fellow interns, and the iNGO academy – they were all there to lend a hand and support me.
