One of my main responsibilities was assisting with the news briefing editing and synthesis. On a daily basis, I monitored regional news related to New Southbound Policy (NSP) countries, summarized key developments, and prepared content for TAEF's Chinese and English news briefs. I also translated and adapted commentary from sources such as The Diplomat into Chinese and used in the daily e-paper. This workflow, spanning from information gathering, translation, editing to publication, sharpened my ability to process large volumes of information efficiently and communicate it clearly.
