During my internship at the Mustard Seed Mission (MSM), I participated in planning a Nepal exhibition, writing social media posts, translating the annual report, and learning marketing and project planning. The main challenge was designing the exhibition theme with limited resources, but I managed to meet objectives like editing videos and writing posts for fundraising and disaster relief. I also helped design a website and filmed a donor video. The internship also spark my interest of project management. It gives me chance to explore something happened in the workforce, something schools don’t or can’t teach us. This internship was fulfilling and I’m deeply gratitude that I had applied.
