Three months passed quickly, leaving me with countless memories and invaluable experiences during my first internship at One-Forty. Though initially assigned to the Education and Empowerment for Migrant Workers department, my role extended beyond that. I worked both directly with migrant workers and behind the scenes in content creation, translation, and research. The supportive, trust-based environment fueled my motivation, and the flexibility in managing overtime ensured I never felt burned out. One-Forty’s commitment to sustainability, both in its mission and workplace culture, made it an incredible place to start my career journey.
