Internship Details
Project-based internship means that interns are typically assigned to specific projects or tasks to apply and develop their skills and knowledge. This internship format provides interns with the opportunity to solve problems, collaborate with teams, and apply their academic knowledge in a real-world work environment.
Whether salary and benefits are provided will depend on the regulations of each organization.

OIA will provide off-campus internship group insurance (Specified by the Ministry of Education) coverage for every student during the internship period. However, you are advised to have your own insurance for individual needs.
Working hours for each intern can be very different, which is negotiable between students, tutors and organizations within reasonable limits. However, we request that you have to work at least 12 hours per week during their internship.
※For non-Taiwanese identity card holders, due to work permit restrictions, the weekly internship hours during the semester must not exceed 20 hours.
The 2026 internship period will run from March 2nd to June 5th , totaling fourteen weeks.
We will organize five training courses and iNGO visits, providing students with spaces for communication and mutual learning. Ultimately, students will have the chance to share their achievements during the internship on Demo Day.
