This internship with Calls Over Ridges has provided me with a friendly and flexible environment in which to learn through doing. Through the first half of my internship, I developed an understanding of our Standard Operating Procedures and assisted in the delivery of initial training programs for the local team in Nepal. The second half of my internship was to transition from assisting with these processes to being responsible for leading them. I moved from developing knowledge about our systems to examining how those systems performed and developing the tools necessary to support the teams located in Nepal.
