Summarizing the internship of the entire semester in UBI Taiwan, I believe that I have grown in many aspects. I came to understand the ecosystem of NGOs, which is completely different from that of regular enterprises, tried to cooperate with people who have opposite thinking logics while successfully avoiding conflicts, and built a deeper and broader perspective in the field of UBI. However, I believe that the most important learning of all was that, during the process, I repeatedly realized that I am like a sponge, and as for the knowledge and values of this world, there is still more than 99% that I have not yet absorbed.
