Since the beginning of my internship at GOH, I have been working on the Asian Girls Campaign (AGC), which empowers girls across Asia to become changemakers. My responsibilities ranged from social media management to preparing program materials and supporting international participants. Managing Instagram and Facebook helped me improve design and communication skills, as I published posts that boosted engagement by 60% and created scheduled content to ensure consistent outreach. I also worked on the AGC handbook and presentation, where accuracy and clarity were essential for guiding fellows. Besides content creation, I also assisted with visa applications, interview processes, and pre-departure communication, all of which taught me responsibility and attention to detail in international work. Overall, this internship has been an unforgettable journey. I learned so much about the iNGO field, gained practical skills in design and communication, and contributed to a project that I truly believe in. I’m grateful for the chance to work with such a supportive team and to be part of something that makes a real difference in the world. This experience has inspired me to continue working in areas that promote equality, empowerment, and cross-cultural understanding.
