Throughout this internship, we definitely had a lot of challenges, starting from communication up until getting major feedback on how to deliver ideas. But what I really appreciate is that the Lead For Taiwan team has given us so much support and kindness this whole time, even teaching us some tips for our future work. I think for me, the biggest takeaway from this whole internship is that I want to continue working with NGOs. I see so many people in the office space working with such passion to make an impact in the world and I want to involve myself in this kind of work and community in the long run.
