During my internship at UBI Taiwan, the corporate funding proposal was by far the most demanding task that I undertook. It was time-consuming and detail-intensive. Not only that, the process was quite ambiguous at times since we were drafting a proposal for a Summit that was still in its early stages of development. Many of the foundational elements had yet to be established, which made certain components of the proposal particularly difficult to navigate. For instance, the budget outline proved especially challenging as we were not provided a concrete financial report or budget plan for reference. During the project, I also ran into problems regarding collaborations. Working on such a complex and evolving document inevitably led to moments of miscommunication and conflicting visions of the proposal with my partners.
