After three months of working with the Lead For Taiwan, I realized that the internship gave me much more than professional skills. It not only helped me understand the nonprofit sector from the inside but changed the way I think about communication, initiative, and social impact. Although this was a small setback, it became an important learning experience for me. In school projects, we often move forward based on discussions among team members. In a professional environment, however, it is equally important to communicate with stakeholders and confirm whether an idea is feasible before investing significant time in it.
