During my internship at Calls Over Ridges, as I continued working on the project, I gradually realized that even if I could not make a huge or revolutionary change to the overall recruitment process, there were still many smaller improvements that could create value for the organization. For example, I researched and compared the recruitment platforms our organization is currently using with newer alternatives on the market. Based on my findings, I suggested several platforms that might better suit the organization’s hiring needs and budget. Although this may seem like a small contribution, choosing the right recruitment platform can significantly improve visibility and attract more suitable candidates in the long term.
